New Building
for Rawdet Al Fayhaa - English Section
Rawdat Al Fayhaa Secondary School celebrated
on 29/10/2000 the starting of construction work in its new English Section. Rawdet
al Fayhaa board of trustees were present in the ceremony. Among the attendees was
Mr. Saadi KHAYAT and former deputy Mr. Omar Meskawi and
deputy Mr. Abdul latif Kabbara along with many
other deputies and social celebrities in the city of Tripoli.
Rawda Alumni Association
Organized a trip to Syria for its Members
on 14/5/2000 . The Departure was at 6:30 AM from the Alumni Headquarter in Azmi Street , a
takeaway Breakfast of " Mankousheh" and " Croissant " was served in
the Bus. After crossing the Border , they headed to " Hussen Al-Akra" where they
went down the valley to visit Saint George Monastery. Around noon time, the Alumni's
reached "Safita " Village and visited the Ancient tower.A little rest and then a
visit to " Mashta Al-Helou " where everybody enjoyed the lunch at "Nabea
Al-Shir ". After that the Rawda Alumni's proceeded to "Tartus " and finally
went back to Tripoli at 9:00 PM.
Rawda Alumni Association Activities for 1999
- 2000
The Association activities are regularly
presented every Saturday in its Headquarter located in Azmi Street-Next to Balha-Near
Alban Al Safir - 2nd floor.
- Cine Club A Movie is
shown once every month, discussions with Movies directors take place after the show.
Saturday 30/10/1999 at 6:00PM , two movies ' Tarablus Kan Ya Maken " and
"Kadaa Tarablus" were shown for the Director "Houssam KHAYAT".
- Monthly Scientific,Social,Educational
Lectures A lecture about the "Social life in Tripoli " by Dr.Maha
Kayyal took place on Saturday 9/11/1999 at 6:00 PM . An Orientation lecture for the Bacc
Students. Rawda Alumni Association takes part in the yearly Book Show by "Al Rabita
Al Sakafia"
- Yearly Ramdan Iftar
took place at " Abu Al Nawwas restaurant" on 18/12/1999
- Tours in Lebanon
- Preparations for the entrance exams of
the Lebanese University
- Sports Activities

Rawdet Al Fayhaa End of the year
scientific show
A very impressive scientific show took place
at Rawdat Al-Fayhaa Secondary School. It was very obvious that the scientific level that
the school has reached is something that Tripoli is very proud of. It worth mentioning
that Rawda's graduate are having a major role in all fields in Lebanon and abroad.
